Cleared to face Big Blue
Zaccheaus (hamstring) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Giants, Ralph Vacchiano of Fox Sports reports.
Analysis: Zaccheaus was a full participant Friday after logging limited practices the previous two days. He'll fill his usual role within a rotation-heavy Washington WR group in which Terry McLaurin is the only sure thing for a full-time role and steady targets each week.

Reps capped in Thursday's practice
Zaccheaus (hamstring) was a limited practice participant Thursday.
Analysis: Zaccheaus' practice reps were capped for the second day in a row, and he'll likely need to advance to full participation Friday to avoid taking a designation into Sunday's game against the Giants. If available for the Week 9 contest, Zaccheaus will likely represent a secondary option in the Washington passing game behind wideouts Terry McLaurin and Noah Brown and tight end Zach Ertz. Zaccheaus has yet to find the end zone in eight appearances this season and has been held under 30 receiving…read more

Dealing with hamstring injury
Zaccheaus (hamstring) was a limited practice participant Wednesday due to a hamstring injury.
Analysis: Zaccheaus is making his first appearance of the season on the injury report after having played between 25 and 51 percent of the offensive snaps in all but one of the Commanders' first eight games. He ran 18 routes in this past Sunday's 18-15 win over the Bears without drawing single target, following consecutive games with exactly six targets and four catches. An absence for Sunday's game at the Giants would leave more snaps and routes available for some combination of Noah Brown, Luke…read more

No targets on 18 routes
Zaccheaus finished without an official target despite running 18 routes in Sunday's 18-15 win over the Bears.
Analysis: His route share (45.0 percent) and snap share (35.0 percent) weren't far off from season-long norms, but Zaccheaus uncharacteristically finished without a target that counted. He did have a touchdown catch that was called back due to a penalty. His target rate for the season is still at a lofty 26.0 percent, just without the consistent playing time for it to really matter outside of the deepest fantasy leagues. Zaccheaus is unlikely to put up a big stat line Week 9 at the Giants.

Four receptions
Zaccheaus recorded four receptions on six targets for 25 yards in Sunday's 40-7 win over the Panthers.
Analysis: Zaccheaus saw six targets for the second consecutive game to match his season high, though his fantasy intrigue remains muted as he continues to work in short areas of the field. While he's translated his 12 targets combined across the last two games into eight receptions, he's turned that into only 52 yards. In seven total matchups this season, Zaccheaus has topped 30 yards just once.

Targeted six times
Zaccheaus caught four of six targets for 27 yards in a 30-23 loss at Baltimore on Sunday.
Analysis: Zaccheaus split slot work with Luke McCaffrey, handling 38 percent snap share and 42 route share. There's not much likelihood of significant workload growth with Terry McLaurin locked in as the No. 1 receiver and Noah Brown playing well as the No. 2, but Zaccheaus has been shockingly busy when he does get on the field, drawing targets on a team-high 31.0 percent of routes (albeit with a lot of those being screen passes). In any case, there's always risk of the volume not being there when the…read more

Targeted three times
Zaccheaus caught one of three targets for 10 yards in a 34-13 win over the Browns on Sunday.
Analysis: Zaccheaus actually got more playing time than he had the week before when he was targeted on six of his nine routes and caught all six passes for 85 yards. With fellow wideout Noah Brown (groin) inactive, Zaccheaus' snap share jumped from 25 percent in Week 4 to 51 percent in Week 5. With or without Brown in the lineup, none of Washington's wideouts besides Terry McLaurin will be a good bet to draw more than three or four targets Week 6 at Baltimore.

Catches all six Week 4 targets
Zaccheaus caught all six of his targets for 85 yards in Sunday's 42-14 win over the Cardinals.
Analysis: Zaccheaus led the Commanders in receiving yards while finishing second on the team in targets behind Terry McLaurin's 10. Washington's run-heavy offense has gone with a WR2 by committee behind McLaurin, and it was Zaccheaus' turn to shine while Noah Brown, Luke McCaffrey and Dyami Brown combined for only 47 receiving yards. Zaccheaus came into this game with only 29 receiving yards all season, so he'll be tough to trust in Week 5 against the Browns despite this breakout effort.

Not targeted in Week 3
Zaccheaus failed to draw a target in Monday's 38-33 win over the Bengals.
Analysis: After Zaccheaus saw three targets in both of the first two games, the veteran wideout was a complete non-factor in Monday's contest. Zaccheaus was on the field for just five of the Commanders' 59 offensive snaps while operating as Washington's No. 6 receiver. Zaccheaus is not a consideration for fantasy purposes as the Commanders visit the Cardinals in Week 4.

Three catches in Week 2
Zaccheaus secured all three of his targets for 14 yards in Sunday's 21-18 win over the Giants.
Analysis: Operating as the Commanders' fourth receiver, Zaccheaus played 24 of 72 offensive snaps Sunday. The veteran wideout saw three targets for the second-straight week as rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels finds his footing within Washington's passing attack. Zaccheaus' minimal production and spot on the depth chart, however, make him a difficult to trust for fantasy purposes going forward, barring injuries to Terry McLaurin, Luke McCaffrey or Dyami Brown. Splits snaps with Dyami Brown
Zaccheaus caught one of three targets for 15 yards in Sunday's 37-20 loss at Tampa Bay, playing 44.6 percent of snaps on offense.
Analysis: Zacccheaus and Dyami Brown shared snaps at one receiver spot while Terry McLaurin mostly played out wide on the left side of the offense and Luke McCaffrey worked the slot. Zaccheaus ended up running 13 routes, which was one more than Brown, who finished without a target. Fantasy value, even in deep leagues, likely will require one of the two to pull away from the other and become a true starter rather than a snap sharer. It remains to be seen if that will happen Week 2 against the Giants or…read more

Held out of preseason finale
Zaccheaus didn't play in Sunday's 20-10 preseason win over New England.
Analysis: Zaccheaus, Terry McLaurin, Dyami Brown, Luke McCaffrey and Jamison Crowder all were held out of the game with no injury reported, suggesting they're in good position for spots on the initial 53-man roster. The question is how snaps will be divided after McLaurin, with the No. 2 and 3 roles seemingly up for grabs after Jahan Dotson was traded to Philadelphia last week. Held to nine yards
Zaccheaus caught two of four targets for nine yards in a 13-6 preseason loss to the Dolphins on Saturday.
Analysis: Zaccheaus got some playing time with the first-team offense, but he wasn't a starter and saw just one of his four targets from QB Jayden Daniels. Meanwhile, Dyami Brown caught three passes for 19 yards on the opening drive, and Jahan Dotson took most of the slot snaps with the starters. Competing for starting job
Coach Dan Quinn suggested Thursday that Zaccheaus is competing for the Commanders' No. 2 receiver role, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.
Analysis: 2022 first-round pick Jahan Dotson entered camp as a clear favorite for the role, but there have been some signs he's not exactly a lock, including his extended playing time in the preseason opener against New York. Quinn is now confirming there's a competition, with Zaccheaus and Dyami Brown presumably the main candidates to displace Dotson (and rookie third-round pick Luke McCaffrey possibly also in the mix for a top-three role). Looking good for roster spot
Zaccheaus is "seemingly battling for rotation reps more than a roster spot," according to The Athletic's Ben Standig.
Analysis: The depth chart at WR looks wide open behind returning starters Terry McLaurin and Jahan Dotson, with other leading candidates for the third and fourth spots being rookie third-round pick Luke McCaffrey and fourth-year pro Dyami Brown. While he's never been targeted at a high rate, Zaccheaus had a nice season for Atlanta in 2022, catching 40 of 61 targets for 533 yards and three TDs. He then had minimal impact in Philadelphia last season, catching 10 passes in 17 games while being targeted on a…read more

Moving on to Washington
Zaccheaus has agreed to a deal with the Commanders, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Analysis: In his only campaign with the Eagles, Zaccheaus (who caught 40 passes with the Falcons in 2022) finished the 2023 regular season with 10 catches for 164 yards and two TDs in 17 games. With the Commanders, the 26-year-old will add depth to a wideout corps that is currently led by Terry McLaurin and Jahan Dotson. In that context, Zaccheaus has some bounce-back potential if he can carve out steady snaps in 2024 behind the team's top duo.

Targets drop with new team
Zaccheaus finished the year with 10 catches for 164 yards and a pair of touchdowns in 17 regular-season games.
Analysis: Zaccheaus was targeted 53 and 61 times in his final two seasons in Atlanta, but that number dropped all the way to 20 after his move to Philadelphia. He went without a target in six games and without a catch nine times. He'll be a free agent this offseason but didn't set himself up well for a substantial payday.

No targets in Week 13
Zacchaeus didn't log any targets in Sunday's 42-19 loss to the 49ers.
Analysis: Zaccheaus now has seven catches and 14 targets in 12 games played this season after going untargeted for the first time since Week 2. A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith combined for 24 targets, leaving little for the rest of the receiving corps, even in a game in which the Eagles threw 48 times.

Hauls in 29-yard touchdown
Zaccheaus hauled in his lone target in Sunday's 37-34 overtime win over the Bills for a 29-yard touchdown.
Analysis: On third-and-15 with the Eagles losing, 24-21, in the fourth quarter, Jalen Hurts scrambled to his left and found Zacchaeus in the back corner of the end zone, and the wide receiver hauled in the pass above two Buffalo defenders to give his team the lead. It was an impressive highlight, but given that Zaccheaus has fewer catches (seven) than games played (11) this season, his fantasy relevance remains minimal.

Held catchless against Chiefs
Zaccheaus failed to secure his only target in Monday's 21-17 win over the Chiefs.
Analysis: Zaccheaus operated as the Eagles' No. 4 wideout in the contest, playing behind A.J. Brown, Devonta Smith and Julio Jones. Monday's game marked the fifth time that the veteran has been held without a catch in 10 games this season. With such limited usage, Zaccheaus should remain a risky bet for relevant fantasy production when the Eagles host the Bills in Week 12.

One catch again
Zaccheaus caught one pass for eight yards in Sunday's victory over the Cowboys.
Analysis: Zaccheaus outsnapped fellow depth wideout Julio Jones by a 24-18 margin and had two targets to the veteran's zero, but even despite him keeping a firm grip on the third receiver job in Philadelphia, his fantasy value remains minimal. Zaccheaus is averaging less than one catch per game and has found the end zone just once all season.

Finishes with one catch
Zacchaeus pulled in one of his two targets for five yards in Sunday's win over Washington.
Analysis: Zaccheaus remained the third wideout in the absence of Quez Watkins (hamstring), out-snapping recent addition Julio Jones by a 29-15 margin. Both receivers finished with just two targets and one reception, however. A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith combined for 15 catches, 229 yards and three scores, leaving little work for the rest of the receiving corps.

One catch on two targets
Zaccheaus was targeted twice in Sunday's 20-14 loss to the Jets, finishing with one catch for five yards.
Analysis: With Quez Watkins (hamstring) on injured reserve, Zaccheaus stepped up to be the Eagles' third wideout, but the additional snaps didn't lead to much production. Zacchaeus now has caught a total of four passes in the three games Watkins has missed this year, though that's four more than his total of zero in the three games Watkins has been available.

Likely to serve as No. 3 wideout
Zaccheaus is expected to serve as the Eagles' No. 3 receiver in Sunday's game against the Jets with Quez Watkins (hamstring) ruled out for the Week 6 contest.
Analysis: While Watkins was sidelined for Weeks 3 and 4 with the same injury, Zaccheaus logged 55 and 85 percent snap shares, respectively, while working behind A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith. The increased playing time didn't translate to much meaningful volume, however, as Zaccheaus mustered a 3-69-1 receiving line on five targets between those games. In addition to Brown and Smith, Zaccheaus will likely rank behind tight end Dallas Goedert and running back D'Andre Swift as a priority in the passing…read more

Not targeted in Week 5
Zaccheaus was on the field for just nine offensive snaps in Sunday's 23-14 win over the Rams and was not targeted a single time.
Analysis: Quez Watkins returned from a two-game absence due to a hamstring injury, pushing Zaccheaus down to the fourth wide receiver on the depth chart. With Watkins unavailable, Zaccheaus averaged 1.5 catches for 34.5 yards and 0.5 touchdowns while seeing the field for an average of 50 offensive snaps per outing. In the three games Watkins has participated in, Zaccheaus hasn't been targeted once and has seen the field for an average of 17 offensive snaps per week.

One catch in Week 4
Zaccheaus finished Sunday's 34-31 overtime win against the Commanders with one reception for 11 yards.
Analysis: Again elevated to third wideout in the absence of Quez Watkins (hamstring), Zaccheaus was targeted just twice against Washington. The Eagles were running three-receiver sets for nearly the entire game, with Zaccheaus on the field for 57 snaps, but as usual, most of the targets went to the elite duo of A.J. Brown (13) and DeVonta Smith (nine).

Scores first Eagles touchdown
Zaccheaus caught two passes on three targets for 58 yards and a touchdown in Monday's victory over the Buccaneers.
Analysis: Zaccheaus didn't receive a single target in his first two games as an Eagle, but Jalen Hurts looked his way on three occasions Monday, one of which resulted in a 34-yard touchdown pass. Zacchaeus' expanded role was enable by the absence of No. 3 WR Quez Watkins (hamstring). If Watkins misses more time, Zaccheaus should continue to catch the occasional pass, but the vast majority of the Eagles' wideout targets go to A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith.

No targets in Week 2
Zaccheaus was not targeted in Thursday's Week 2 win over the Vikings.
Analysis: Zaccheaus saw the field for just 11 offensive snaps in Week 1 but saw that figure jump to 35 in Week 2, largely because third wideout Quez Watkins exited with a hamstring injury in the second quarter. Zaccheaus failed to do anything with those extra opportunities, which doesn't bode well for his fantasy viability even if Watkins misses multiple games.

Non-factor in Week 1
Zaccheaus saw the field for just seven offensive snaps Sunday against the Patriots and did not receive a target.
Analysis: It's possible Zaccheaus' role grows as he gets more time with his new team, and it's possible the shoulder injury he dealt with in August affected his Week 1 workload, though he wasn't listed on the injury report prior to the game. As of now, however, he doesn't appear to be close to a fantasy-relevant role.

Ready to play Week 1
Zaccheaus (shoulder) isn't listed Wednesday on the Eagles' Week 1 injury report.
Analysis: Zaccheaus injured his shoulder in Philadelphia's second preseason game but didn't seem to miss much practice time thereafter. He'll most likely open his tenure with the Eagles as the No. 4 receiver this Sunday against New England, but he could end up eventually replacing Quez Watkins as the No. 3 wideout or splits snaps with him. Either way, the two are unlikely to combine for more than a handful of targets Week 1 given that AJ Brown, DeVonta Smith and Dallas Goedert all are healthy.

Hurts shoulder Thursday
Zaccheaus sustained a shoulder injury during Thursday's preseason game against the Browns.
Analysis: While the Eagles top wide receiver duo of A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith along with Quez Watkins (hamstring) didn't play in the team's second exhibition, Zaccheaus was available and hauled in one of three targets for 17 yards prior to his departure. Considering it's a preseason game, Philadelphia likely will exercise caution and not risk Zaccheaus' health any more, but the 'questionable' announcement suggests that he likely avoided a serious injury.

Analysis: In 17 games with the Falcons in 2022, Zaccheaus recorded a career-high 40 catches for 533 yards and three touchdowns. Heavily involved in Week 18
Zaccheaus totaled four receptions on seven targets for 37 yards and one touchdown during Sunday's 30-17 win versus the Buccaneers.
Analysis: Zaccheaus caught his first touchdown since Week 5 and saw at least seven targets for just the third time on the campaign, with two of those instances coming with Desmond Ridder at the helm. Overall however, the wideout struggled in four games with the rookie at quarterback, totaling just eight receptions on 17 targets for 55 yards compared to 32 receptions for 478 yards across 13 games with Marcus Mariota as the starter. Zero targets in narrow win
Zaccheaus wasn't targeted during Sunday's 20-19 victory versus Arizona.
Analysis: Zaccheaus played the second-most snaps among Atlanta's wideouts, but he didn't record a target. Desmond Ridder may have led a game-winning drive, but the Falcons' passing attack remains lackluster at best. Zaccheaus caught 32 of 44 targets for 478 yards and two scores across 13 games with Marcus Mariota as the starter, but the wideout has secured just four of 10 targets for 18 yards over three games with Ridder at the helm.

Four grabs in loss to Baltimore
Zaccheaus caught four of seven targets for 18 yards in Saturday's 17-9 loss to the Ravens.
Analysis: For the second straight game with Desmond Ridder under center, Zaccheaus failed to make much of an impact, as the rookie QB focused on feeding the ball to Drake London. Zaccheaus has already set career highs in catches (36) and receiving yards (496) this season, but his campaign may be poised to end with a whimper. Analysis: Zaccheaus was held without a catch for the first time this season. Season-best 91 yards
Zaccheaus recorded five receptions on eight targets for 91 yards in Sunday's 19-13 loss to the Commanders.
Analysis: Zaccheaus entered Sunday's game having failed to record multiple receptions in each of his last four games. However, he emerged to command a season-high eight targets and managed lengthy receptions of 45 and 23 yards. His 91 yards were his highest mark in a game since Week 9 of the 2020 season, though Zaccheaus could continue to see an expanded role thanks to the targets vacated by the absence of Kyle Pitts (knee).

Zaccheaus hauled in one of two targets for nine yards during Sunday's 27-24 victory versus Chicago. He also rushed once for 13 yards.
Analysis: Marcus Mariota completed 13 passes to nine different receivers, which limited the fantasy potential for all of Atlanta's pass catchers. Zaccheaus failed to record multiple receptions for just the second time all season, totaling 25 catches on 31 targets for 374 yards and two scores across 11 appearances. The undrafted wideout should be on fantasy radars in deeper leagues, but his lack of prolific production likely keeps him irrelevant in most standard leagues.

Modest production in loss
Zaccheaus caught two of four targets for 34 yards in Thursday's 25-15 loss to the Panthers.
Analysis: Zaccheaus hauled in just two catches for the second straight game as his mostly underwhelming season continued Thursday. As long as Marcus Mariota and the Falcons' passing attack continue to struggle, it'll be difficult for the veteran wideout to reach consistent and fantasy-relevant production from week to week. Analysis: Zaccheaus has caught multiple passes in eight of nine games this season, totaling 22 receptions for 331 yards and two scores. He's quietly emerged as Marcus Mariota's most reliable pass-catcher, but his overall fantasy potential remains limited due to Atlanta's struggling passing attack. Only one catch in win
Zaccheaus caught his only target for 10 yards during Sunday's 37-34 overtime victory versus Carolina.
Analysis: Coming into the contest Zaccheaus had secured multiple receptions in each of the first seven games of the season, totaling 19 catches on 22 targets for 302 yards. However, he saw just one opportunity during Sunday's win as Kyle Pitts (nine), Damiere Byrd (six) and Drake London (five) saw more targets. Despite a strong start to the campaign, Zaccheaus' fantasy production was always likely to be limited, so it isn't surprising to see him finally submit a dud. Modest production in loss
Zaccheaus caught three of four targets for 31 yards during Sunday's 35-17 loss to the Bengals.
Analysis: Zaccheaus finished second on the team in targets and yards while tying Kyle Pitts with a team-high three receptions. Atlanta's passing attack has struggled to produce consistent fantasy options this season, but Zaccheaus has been Marcus Mariota's most reliable target, catching multiple passes and finishing with at least 20 receiving yards in each of the first seven games of the season. Regardless, Zaccheaus' fantasy potential likely remains limited in Arthur Smith's run-heavy offense.

Leads team in receiving
Zaccheaus hauled in all four of his targets for 58 yards during Sunday's 28-14 win versus the 49ers.
Analysis: Zaccheaus tied Drake London in targets, but the former finished with team highs in receptions and receiving yards. While London and Kyle Pitts are the most talented pass catchers in Atlanta, Zaccheaus has quietly carved out a role as Marcus Mariota's most consistent receiver. The fourth-year wideout has caught multiple passes and recorded at least 20 receiving yards in each game this season, totaling 16 receptions for 271 yards and two scores.

Catches touchdown in loss
Zaccheaus caught two of four targets for 39 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 21-15 loss to Tampa Bay.
Analysis: Zaccheaus finished third on the team in targets behind Drake London (seven) and KhaDarel Hodge (five), but the 5-foot-11 wideout led the Falcons in receiving yards for a second straight week and caught his second touchdown of the season. His touchdown came on a 19-yard pass from Marcus Mariota that cut the Buccaneers lead to six following a two-point conversion to Hodge. Zaccheaus has caught multiple passes in each game this season, totaling 213 receiving yards and two scores.

Leads team with 55 receiving yards
Zaccheaus caught both of his targets for 55 yards during Sunday's 23-20 win over the Browns.
Analysis: Zaccheaus' first catch went for 13 yards on a third-and-eight play on the Falcons' first offensive drive, which ended with a 30-yard field goal. The slot receiver wasn't targeted again until the fourth quarter when he got open down the sideline for 42 yards, which set up the eventual game-winning 45-yard kick from Younghoe Koo. Catches two passes in win
Zaccheaus caught both of his targets for 49 yards during Sunday's 27-23 win over Seattle.
Analysis: The undrafted receiver out of Virginia played 67 percent of the team's offensive snaps, making him the clear No. 2 wideout behind Drake London, but Zaccheaus finished third on the team in targets, receptions and yards behind London and Kyle Pitts. Through three games, Zaccheaus has secured all eight of his targets for 119 yards and one touchdown.

Secures first touchdown of 2022
Zaccheaus caught both of his targets for 21 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 31-27 loss to the Rams.
Analysis: Zaccheaus caught an 11-yard pass from Marcus Mariota in the fourth quarter to cut the Falcons' deficit to 14, marking the wideout's first touchdown of 2022. Zaccheaus played 26 offensive snaps, second among wideouts behind Drake London, but London was the only Atlanta pass catcher to secure more than two receptions. Across two games, Zaccheaus has caught all six of his targets for 70 yards.

Catches all four targets Week 1
Zaccheaus reeled in all four of his targets for 49 yards during Sunday's 27-26 loss to the Saints.
Analysis: Zaccheaus finished second on the team in receptions and receiving yards behind first-round pick Drake London, but his four targets were only good for fourth on the team behind London (seven), Kyle Pitts (seven) and Cordarrelle Patterson (five). Zaccheaus played 10 more offensive snaps than any other wideout aside from London, and the fourth-year player appears to have carved out a solid role in Atlanta's passing attack to start the 2022 campaign.

Falls to No. 2 on depth chart
Zaccheaus will fall to No. 2 on the depth chart after the Falcons drafted Drake London with the eighth overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, Josh Kendall of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Zaccheaus signed a $2.433 million RFA tender from the Falcons this offseason and was the de facto No. 1 wideout for awhile with Russell Gage leaving for Tampa Bay and Calvin Ridley suspended for the entire 2022 season. However, the landscape of Atlanta's wide receiver depth chart changed after its selection of London in the first round. Signs tender with Falcons
Zaccheaus signed his contract with the Falcons on Tuesday.
Analysis: Previously a restricted free agent, Zaccheaus apparently was unable to find an offer that beat the $2.433 million RFA tender from the Falcons. He'd also have a hard time finding a better chance to earn snaps and targets, considering Russell Gage left for the divison-rival Bucs and Calvin Ridley is suspended for the entire 2022 season. The Falcons tendered Zaccheaus at the right of first refusal level Tuesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Analysis: The transaction sets Zaccheaus up for a $2.433 million salary in the 2022 season, unless any teams attempt to enter a bidding contest for his services. With Calvin Ridley (suspension) out for all of next season and Russell Gage on the move, Atlanta could scarce afford to part ways with a wideout already familiar with the offensive scheme. Analysis: Zaccheaus finished second on the team in receiving yards behind Russell Gage (126), as Matt Ryan couldn't get on the same page with rookie tight end Kyle Pitts (two catches on five targets for eight yards). The third-year wideout finished the 2021 campaign with 31 receptions for 406 yards and three touchdowns, but he failed to take advantage of increased opportunities after Calvin Ridley (personal) left the team ahead of Week 8. However, despite playing 51 of Atlanta's 53 offensive snaps, the 5-foot-8 wideout was unable to crack fantasy relevance, as Kyle Pitts (69 yards) and Russell Gage (50 yards) dominated Matt Ryan's attention. Zaccheaus is expected to start and could play heavy snaps opposite top receiver Russell Gage in Week 16 with Tajae Sharpe (foot) listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Lions, Scott Bair of the Falcons' official site reports.
Analysis: Zaccheaus has already been hovering between 40 and 62 percent snap shares in each of the past eight weeks while Calvin Ridley (personal) has been away from the team, averaging 3.1 targets per game during that stretch. Held without a target Week 14
Zaccheaus wasn't targeted during Sunday's 29-21 win over the Panthers.
Analysis: Zaccheaus played 29 offensive snaps but didn't record a target for the first time since Week 1. Matt Ryan's reliance on his tight ends and running backs continues to lead to mediocre numbers for all of his wideouts except for Russell Gage. As long as Calvin Ridley (personal) remains away from the team, Zaccheaus will likely garner plenty of opportunities, but he hasn't proven to be a consistent fantasy option at any point this season.

Analysis: Zaccheaus finished tied with Cordarrelle Patterson and Tajae Sharpe for third on the team in targets, but he was able to significantly outpace the two in total receiving yards. The third-year wideout's 44 receiving yards were his second-highest total of the season, and the most he's produced since his breakout Week 9 performance (three catches for 58 yards and two touchdowns). With Calvin Ridley (personal) on the non-football injury list, the 5-foot-8 wideout has totaled 15 targets, eight receptions, 93 yards and two touchdowns over his last three games. Scores twice in Week 9 win
Zaccheaus caught all three of his targets for 58 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 27-25 win over the Saints.
Analysis: Zaccheaus wasn't targeted often, but he made the most of his few opportunities. He secured touchdowns of three and six yards in the second and fourth quarters, respectively, and added a 49-yard reception in the third. Zaccheaus came into this game with just one touchdown all season and no more than 32 yards in any previous contest, so he'll be tough to trust in Week 10 against the Cowboys, even with top wide receiver Calvin Ridley (personal) still on the non-football injury list.

Zaccheaus caught his only target for 13 yards during Sunday's 30-28 win over the Dolphins.
Analysis: Zaccheaus reverted back to his reserve role with Calvin Ridley and Russell Gage active for Week 7. The 24-year-old wideout played 12 offensive snaps and finished sixth on the team in receiving. Atlanta's offense has started to pick up steam, scoring 30, 27 and 30 points in their last three contests, so if they are able to continue to put points on the board and move the ball, then more looks may start to come the receivers way. Sees four targets in Week 5
Zaccheaus caught two of his four targets for 20 yards during Sunday's 27-20 win over the Jets.
Analysis: The Falcons were without Calvin Ridley (personal) and Russell Gage (ankle), so Zaccheaus entered the contest as the Falcons No. 1 receiver. However, that didn't warrant any more targets as Matt Ryan once again relied on his tight ends and running backs during the Week 5 win. Could be team's top receiver Week 5
Zaccheaus is expected to head into Sunday's game against the Jets in London as the Atlanta's No. 1 receiver after both Calvin Ridley (personal) and Russell Gage (ankle) were ruled out for the contest, Scott Bair of the Falcons' official site reports.
Analysis: While Gage missed both of the past two contests, Zaccheaus had already enjoyed an elevated profile in the Atlanta offense, playing 96 of the Falcons' 130 offensive snaps (74 percent) during that stretch while collecting four receptions for 47 yards and a touchdown on nine targets. Analysis: With Russell Gage (ankle) out again, Zaccheaus had another opportunity to seize a bigger role in the offense. However, Cordarrelle Patterson stole the show against Washington with three touchdowns. Even though Zaccheaus is operating as the No. 2 wideout behind Calvin Ridley, he is more like the fifth option in the passing game. The undrafted free agent had a solid season -- notching 72 catches for 786 yards and four touchdowns -- for the Falcons last year. Zaccheaus is the next man up at wide receiver with Russell Gage (ankle) ruled out for Sunday's game against the Giants, D. Orlando Ledbetter of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Zaccheaus is a candidate to see increased work in the Falcons' passing game in 2021 as a result of Julio Jones' departure from Atlanta, Deen Worley of USA Today reports.
Analysis: Zaccheaus approaches the coming season with the potential to see a significant increase in his target share now that Jones no longer in the mix. Calvin Ridley now profiles as the team's clear-cut top wideout, while Russell Gage should be locked into a starting role in the slot. Zaccheaus (toe), who ended the season on injured reserve, finished with 20 receptions for 274 yards and a touchdown over 11 games.
Analysis: Though Zaccheaus missed the final five weeks of the regular season, he was still much more involved offensively compared to his rookie campaign in 2019. The Virginia standout only totaled three catches for 115 yards last season, with 93 of those yards coming from a single Week 14 touchdown reception. Analysis: Zaccheaus suffered the injury during this past Sunday's win over the Raiders, and he'll be required to miss at least three games while on injured reserve. The 23-year-old speedster has made two starts this season, both when either Julio Jones (hamstring) or Calvin Ridley was sidelined. He's established a 20-274-1 line over 11 games. Analysis: A second-year player, Zaccheaus is anticipated to slot in behind Julio Jones, Calvin Ridley and Russell Gage at wide receiver, while also playing a significant role on special teams. Now that undrafted rookie Chris Rowland is officially not on the Week 1 roster, it appears Zaccheaus is the go-to option at returner aside from Brandon Powell. Zaccheaus is not expected to be a fixture in fantasy lineups, but if one of the starters at receiver were to miss a game, he may suddenly become fantasy…read more

Full-go in practice
Zaccheaus was a full participant during Monday's practice, Vaughn McClure of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: The second-year man from Virginia is back on the field after missing time last week with an undisclosed injury. Zaccheaus recorded just three catches as a rookie in 2019, but he did cash in with a 93-yard touchdown during Atlanta's Week 14 victory over the Panthers. The 23-year-old may end up filling out Atlanta's rotation as a depth option at wide receiver, but with his explosiveness Zaccheaus also has potential to become a factor on special teams this season.

Sitting out Wednesday
Zaccheaus (undisclosed) missed Wednesday's practice, Tori McElhaney of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: The specifics of the absence remains unclear, however, it's serious enough for the wideout to miss valuable practice reps. Zaccheaus made a slight impact coming into the league last season as an undrafted free agent, catching three of five targets for 115 yards and a touchdown in 10 games. As for the injury, it's unclear when Zaccheaus will return to the practice field.

Week 14 splash play highlights 2019
Zaccheaus caught three of five targets for 115 yards and one touchdown across 10 appearances this season.
Analysis: The 22-year-old Zaccheaus wrapped up his collegiate career as the No. 2 all-time receiver in Virginia history, but his offensive workload was extremely limited during his rookie campaign. He did play a substantial special-teams role over the latter half of the year, but his offensive snap count only exceeded 15 on one instance all season. That occasion came Week 14, when Zaccheaus played 21 offensive snaps and tore off a 91-yard catch-and-run during a 40-20 win against Carolina -- accounting…read more

Role to grow after Ridley's injury
Coach Dan Quinn said Monday that Zaccheaus and Christian Blake will fill Calvin Ridley's (abdomen) role in the offense now that he has been ruled out for the remainder of the season, Jason Butt of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Zaccheaus produced an electrifying 93-yard touchdown on his first NFL reception in Sunday's win over the Panthers and now should see a substantial increase in playing time between Weeks 15 and 17 with Ridley out of the lineup. Prior to his breakout play, Zaccheaus had served primarily as a special-teams contributor when active, playing 60-plus percent of the special-teams snaps in every game between Weeks 10 and 13, but never seeing more than 11 percent of the offensive reps. He'll be in the…read more

Burns Panthers for 93-yard TD
Zaccheaus hauled in one of two targets for 93 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 40-20 win against Carolina.
Analysis: It surely can be said that Zaccheaus' first NFL reception was memorable, as his catch and run provided Atlanta with its longest play from scrimmage all season. The rookie's monstrous gain culminated in a 93-yard score to provide Atlanta with a three-possession lead at the 6:30 mark of the third quarter. Though his final fantasy output in Week 14 was eye-catching, Zaccheaus' overall offensive involvement hasn't been near the requisite level to make him a trustworthy fantasy starter.

Sees first career target
Zaccheaus was unable to bring in his only target of Thursday's 26-18 loss to the Saints.
Analysis: Zaccheaus has been getting six or seven offensive snaps per game over his last four contests, but Thursday was the first time that Matt Ryan looked the rookie's way. As his snap total didn't increase, it would be a stretch to say that his first target had too much to do with Julio Jones' (shoulder) absence, but it certainly helped. Next up is a Carolina team that is undergoing some shakeups with the firing of head coach Ron Rivera, but Zaccheaus should not be on your fantasy radar.
